Based from MyInnerCoach program, SEEDS card can help you organise your thoughts. There are 52 questionaires, following 5 core flow in Coaching techniques.

Designed to sit on your desk or take this deck anywhere with you, it’s easy to reach out for when you’d like some clarifications on your thought process.
Before you begin, this deck of cards only works when you have a real query or problem you would like some possible answers. Otherwise, it’s just a deck of questions. So, let’s start.
Keep your focus on your query or problem. Pick a card and answer the questions on the card in relation to your query.
Option 1
Arrange the cards in the 5 SEEDS model process. To learn more about SEEDS model click here. Start with STORY questions. You can choose just one card or more to get clarity. After you have answered the question, turn it around for the quotation that supports the question. Then follow through the other 4 process and answer the questions likewise with EXAMINE, EXPLORE, DEDICATE and SOAR.
- You can go through 1 round of questions (SEEDS) and you may just find the answer to your query/problem.
- You can go through 2-3 questions in the same category. For example: 3 cards on STORY, 2 cards on EXAMINE but do finish till SOAR in this process.
- The more questions you select from one category, you should dig deeper to what is behind your story. Work through your questions and there must be a committed action plan at the end of it. This will help you to move forward.
Option 2
Shuffle the deck. It should not be in order or SEEDS categories.
- Have your query ready.
- Pick any card from the deck and answer the question. Then read the quotation supporting the question.
- Continue to pick cards and answer the questions until there is an action card. Action cards are usually under DEDICATE.
- Commit to the action and move forward

2. Follow the question and examine that thought you have. Try to be as thorough or truthful to yourself.

3. These questions helps to open up possibilities and shift your mindset. Be as specific as you can.

ACTION PLANS & COMMITMENT
There is no one who knows you better than you.
4. You will not know until you create actions and try them out for a different result.
